평양 근처에 살던 미군 탈영병인 찰스 로버트 젠킨스 씨는 아노차 씨가 1983년에 사망한 미군 탈영병 레리 알렌 압쉬어 씨와 결혼했다고 한다. 그녀는 1989년에 동독 정부를 위해 일하는 사업가와 재혼했다. 그녀는 젠킨스 씨에게 태국으로 돌아가 가족과 함께 살고 싶다고 말했다.
