His friend gave his family a notice of his detention. In the Summer of 1991, a province-level MSS agent delivered the victim's letter to the family. The victim's sister filed a petition, and a person from the petition department told her that he would be released ten years later. -> However, a province-level MSS agent told his family that he had been sentenced to serve 20 years in a Political Prison Camp.
